Our Story

The inspiration behind launching this business comes from my son, who was born five weeks premature and had to spend a few weeks in the hospital. The provided hospital clothes were too large for my 5-lb baby and lacked appeal. Although preemie clothes available in stores were cute, they posed challenges for the nurses working with him.

To address this, I envisioned helping families with babies in the NICU to have uplifting apparel. The goal is to offer parents the joy of seeing their little ones in adorable yet practical outfits. August&Me was born out of this desire to provide a creative outlet. A portion of your purchase will be used to help families going through what I once did.
